Passing of Chiedza Mugwagwa

The Geological Society wishes a sad farewell to Chiedza Mugwagwa who died of COVID 19 in June 2021.
A graduate of the University of Zimbabwe Geology Department she also obtained an MBA and an MSc in GIS from University of Salzburg, Austria.
 
Chiedza had a successfull career both in the Zimbabwean mining industry and in South Africa, Tanzania and the USA.
 
She will be greatly missed and leaves behind two daughers.
